No. VeritWine is a web application designed for the daily routine of the winery; winemakers, production teams and managers can operate it intuitively, with support when needed.

Yes. Each person logs in with their own access, and what they can see and do depends on the assigned role, from full management to day-to-day operational logging. New accesses are created by invitation, never by open sign-up.

The standard plan includes 5 users. Beyond that, an additional fee applies on request.

Yes. You import the results from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) from laboratories accredited by the platform, with preview and mapping of each sample to the corresponding batch, recording laboratory and report.

Red, white, rosé and orange wines, plus sparkling wines using the Charmat, Prosecco, Champenoise and Moscatel Asti methods. Each type enables the corresponding production flow, from fermentation to bottling.

Yes. Blends are recorded automatically when different batches are mixed, preserving the lineage — which batches originated the blend and in what volume. Batch splits are also recorded, keeping the link to the origin batch.

Querying works offline: after accessing the data online once, the platform keeps showing batches, containers, analyses and history even without a network. Recording new operations requires a connection at the moment of saving.

All data is stored in cloud infrastructure, compliant with the LGPD (Brazilian data protection law). We adopt end-to-end encryption, role-based access control and auditing of sensitive operations. We guarantee the infrastructure; your production data belongs exclusively to your winery.
